How much is a call-out?
There’s no call-out fee during normal hours. You’ll pay £65 for the first hour, including travel.
How quickly can you get here?
Within two hours for emergencies, and within a week for planned work.
What areas do you cover?
Huddersfield and the surrounding valleys. For bigger jobs, we’ll travel further.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes. We’re Gas Safe registered, with £5 million public liability cover.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. We’ll visit, then send you a written quote that’s valid for 30 days.
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or cash, when the job’s finished.
